Welcome!

We’re the society for anyone interested in space and the night sky. We regularly hold observing sessions, talks from researchers and socials.

Whether you’re an expert or complete beginner, the society is open to all Warwick students and aims to bring together everyone passionate about astronomy!

As of 2022/23, we’re an IOP Affiliated Society with Gold Status!

We organise biweekly talks, socials, observing sessions and trips.  We also provide revision guides for astronomy modules and advice for those who are completely new to astronomy. You can buy membership and find our members-only resources here at Warwick SU.

Currently, our regular talks are scheduled Mondays of even weeks, from 7pm, but do look out for bonus talks and other events on the Facebook Page and other social media. Don’t forget to follow us also on social media using the links at the top of the page! If you have any questions, shoot us a message or an email and we’ll try to get back to you as quickly as possible 😊
